In a world overwhelmed by anxiety and uncertainty, the angels’ message to the shepherds still resonates today: “Do not be afraid; peace on earth.” Jesus, the Prince of Peace, doesn’t promise calm circumstances but offers His steadying presence within life’s chaos. This peace comes not from our efforts but through surrendering to Christ, shifting our focus to God through prayer, and replacing worry with worship. As we receive this gift at the communion table, we’re reminded that true peace flows from Christ’s presence, not from perfect conditions.
